Information handling
We only ask for information needed to answer or review the request.
Enquiry information may include your name, email address, organisation, course title, provider details, assessor profile, certificate reference and any documents you choose to send for review.
This information is used to respond to enquiries, confirm the correct approval route, review evidence, maintain approval records and answer certificate-check requests. Assessor evidence and applicant documents are handled as confidential review material.
Information is not sold. It is shared only where necessary to handle the enquiry, complete a review, meet a legal requirement or maintain the integrity of the approval record.
To ask about information held in relation to an enquiry, application or certificate record, contact applications@cpdqualifications.co.uk with enough detail for the assessment office to identify the relevant record.
